Cooling peppermint and eucalyptus create an invigorating sensation, while lavender and Roman chamomile provide a softer aromatic balance. Juniper, frankincense, and clary sage complete this herbal botanical blend for moments when head discomfort or tension calls for focused self-care.

Roll sparingly onto the temples, back of the neck, or pulse points, avoiding the eyes and surrounding eye area. Breathe in the cooling aroma and allow yourself to rest.

How it feels

Cooling straight away. The peppermint and eucalyptus give a clean, cold tingle on the skin within seconds, and the lavender, chamomile and clary sage soften the edge so it is not simply minty. Oil-based, so it glides and does not sting the way an alcohol spray can.

Roll sparingly onto the temples, the back of the neck or the wrists, keeping well away from the eyes. Breathe in slowly and rest for a few minutes. Wash your hands after applying.
