Can I reserve or pre-order items?

  • Yes. We offer continued buying, or pre-ordering on items that are out of stock, and highly suggest it for upcoming item releases. Fulfillment comes once the items are back in stock, or release. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

Why are some items available in limited quantities?

  • Certain items — including specialty goods and select luxury pieces — are available in limited quantities due to the nature of their materials, sourcing, or production process.

Why are some items out of stock?

  • Our products are crafted in small, controlled batches to preserve quality, freshness, and performance. As a result, certain items may temporarily sell out.

     Rather than closing access, we keep items available for purchase so you can secure                       your place in the next production run. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are                               received, with priority given to existing reservations.

Are your products made to order?

  • Each product is produced in carefully managed batches using high-quality ingredients and materials. While we maintain limited back stock, many items are replenished regularly to ensure they reach you fresh and at their best.

    This approach allows us to maintain the level of quality and consistency expected                          from a luxury, specialty brand.

Do you allow orders on out-of-stock items?

  • Yes. When an item sells out, you can still place an order to reserve it from the next batch.

    Your order is secured and fulfilled in the order it was received once production is                          complete.

Why are some items available in limited quantities?

  • Certain items within our collection — including specialty goods and select luxury pieces — are produced or sourced in limited quantities.

     These items often require more intricate production, specialized materials, or                                 limited sourcing availability. 

     We recommend securing the items you want when available, as replenishment                               timelines may vary.

What is the return policy?

  • We reserve the right to accept or deny returns, and the discretion to offer full or partial credits/refunds. We will take all circumstances into full consideration when making decisions. If you have a concern with a product please send a "CONTACT" form to us, available by clicking "CONTACT", in our bottom Menu bar, it's our fastest way to communicate at this time. What is the difference between an essential oil and a fragrance or fragrance oil?

  • Essential oils are 100% natural, and fragrance oils | fragrances (listed ingredient on labels) can be mixed with essential oil but also scents that have been processed and are considered sythetic, some are man made too. We use only the safest fragrance oils that clearly show this on their IFRA sheets and do not have PROP 65 warnings. These fragrances are widely used in candlemaking, clean beauty and beauty that uses "other" ingredients we don't. Also in just about all hair care, shower, soaps and body care products.

What is Cruelty-Free and how do I know it's real?

  • Cruelty-free means not tested on animals. Look for the "bunny" icon on the package/product label/website, to have more information that shows this is an accurate statement for your personal comfort.
